The main difficulties in its treatment include: high concentration of organic matter (mainly polyethylene glycol, etc.), suspended solids (mainly silicon powder and silicon carbide), as well as pollutants such as fluoride ions, acid bases (mainly buffer acids such as hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid).
